Studio 21 Finance Dashboard

Studio 21 is my barbershop. I built this dashboard to see where the money comes from, where it goes, and how each barber is performing.

Owner & builderBusiness intelligence

Live KPIs

Sales, expenses and net revenue in OMR, filterable by barber, payment method and date range.

Barber performance

Revenue share per barber and customers per barber per day, so I can see who's driving the shop.

Cash & transfers to collect

Tracks the cash and bank transfers still to collect, with the date of the last collection.

Sales log

A quick "add transaction" flow for each cut, with barber, payment type, amount and description.

One secure place for every company tool, website and service. Each employee sees only what their role needs, and the platform includes a task planner and an AI assistant.

Tasks with category, priority, status, start/target/end dates, owner and % progress, so departments stay on track.

The assistant drafts memos, summarizes updates, sets weekly priorities and reviews your tasks on request.

Secure sign-in

Authenticator-app two-factor login, with resets managed by admins in the Admin Hub.
